2025 Senior Graduation Ceremony 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓

Wed. May 27, 2025 @ 4PM - 6PM  

HEB Center in Cedar Park, TX

Parking @ H-E-B Center 2100 Avenue of the Stars, Cedar Park, TX 78613 has  2,600 parking spaces, including parking with disabilities located in Lots B, F, G.   Parking Rates:  $8

What is Senior Celebration? 

​

Senior Celebration Lock-in occurs  May 27 after-graduation

Time: 11 PM to 5 AM

Our Committee hosts a Lock-in Celebration party for all Hendrickson High School Graduating Seniors, featuring a safe, drug and alcohol free, event with entertainment, games, food, and chances to win fabulous prizes / supplies for their future journey.

• Activities  ( Closed-Toe Shoes Required) :  laser tag, bowling, rock wall, mini-golf, bumper boats, carnival rides, go karts, XD theater &  arcade games .  

• 2025 Senior Students & volunteers will have access to a pizza buffet the first 2 Hours of the party.  Sodas & Water  all night.   Donuts provided for the last hour. Email us with food restrictive requests. We want to provide safe food options for every Senior. 

• Transportation - Arrangements regarding transportation will be announced at a later date.

• Prizes – our plan is to raise enough funding for every student who attends to receive one prize.  Additional gifts will be presented to students who volunteer for Senior Celebration fundraising events throughout the year.  Gift examples: mini-refrigerators, microwaves, travel supplies, iPads, laptops, bicycles, etc.  Come to meetings and make your requests known.

How can you get involved?   This event is organized by anyone interested in supporting our 2025 Seniors. We call it: Senior Celebration Committee.  We gather our efforts all year to volunteer. Come to our meetings every 2 weeks in the Hendrickson Library (Yes, you!)   e encourage our senior students and their biggest fans to attend meetings.  We brainstorm together, contribute to planning the fundraising, volunteering and creating the events. Who sponsors and pays for this event? 

This is a 100% community funded event. There are donations of time, materials, prizes and money.  We run nonprofit fundraisers and events to raise about $50,000 throughout the year with the ultimate goal of funding the Senior Celebration lock-in.  100% community funded event, donations of time, materials, prizes and money. Nonprofit Tax EIN:  47-0924281 as part of Hendrickson High School Hawks Foundation a recognized  501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  This means your donation is tax- deductible 🤩.  If you are donating goods and/or services, watch for email from us.
